Gilbert Azzopardi loves the pops and bangs of a V8 engine, so it's no surprise he plays for the F-Type V8R and Mercedes AMG GT every week. Despite this love of noise, Gilbert was noticeably quiet when Christian first surprised him on FaceTime earlier today with news that he's the owner of a brand new Mercedes AMG GT, worth nearly £100,000!

24-year-old Gilbert is already planning his first journey and reckons this beast can cover the diameter of his home country of Malta in 3 minutes flat! Luckily, he added the £20k cash and fuel option to his prize as well, as the AMG GT can be pretty thirsty and he’ll be doing several laps of the island too – congratulations Gilbert!
