Win a Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet
Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet Prize
Well, here it is – the new 992.2 generation Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet. As always with Porsche’s 911, it’s a case of evolution rather than revolution, so we have a car that, to the casual observer, looks almost identical to the previous model with comprehensive improvements.
Keeping with the trend, the new 911 has a longer wheelbase, and crucially, all 911s now have the wide body previously reserved for the 4WD models. But power is also up across the board, with this base Carrera model’s 3.0 litre turbocharged flat-six now producing 388bhp and 450Nm – enough for 0-62mph in just 4.3 seconds. There’s a whole host of new tech for the revised interior too, but this new 911 is pretty much the best all-around sports car on sale today.
Refined, great handling, fast, practical and fantastic to look at with a badge with 70 years of history. Given that you can drop the roof on this Cabriolet version, it makes the 911 experience even more visceral.
Will you choose the Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet or walk away with the £77,000 tax-free cash alternative?
