The Mercedes EQS has been a competition favourite for a while now – it’s an electric S-Class full of luxury – but sometimes you want luxury with miles more sportiness – step forward to the new EQE.
The electric E-Class shares styling with the EQS, but as it’s the AMG Line, it has a sportier front end, 21-inch alloys, and a suspension well-suited to spirited driving. Much like the EQS, this EQE350+ is RWD only, with an 89kWh usable battery, which means it’s super efficient and promises a 356-mile WLTP range. There’s also super fast charging available to top up on the road.
The interior style is also taken from the EQS – apart from the Hyperscreen – though given the sportier nature of this model and the fact that it’s the AMG Line Premium Plus, it comes with every option and a nice dash like the one on the new SL Roadster.
