The latest iteration of the Aston Martin Vantage Roadster is a game-changer that has firmly put the likes of the Porsche 911 Turbo on notice.
Visually, the new 2024 Aston Martin Vantage Roadster has undergone a dramatic transformation. Adopting the striking headlight design from the DB12, Aston Martin has grafted it onto the front of the limited-edition V12 Vantage. This, combined with a broader grille and dramatically flared arches, evokes the menacing presence of the One-77. The car's rear is equally impressive, with wider shoulders, new vents, and the retention of the iconic sculpted duck-tail spoiler.
The folding fabric roof can go from closed to open in just 7 seconds up to 31mph too, so super easy to get the open-top experience whenever you want.
Performance is where this Vantage Roadster truly shines. The 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine has been unleashed, delivering a staggering 656bhp and 800Nm of torque. This translates to a blistering 0-62mph time of just 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 202mph. To complement this raw power, Aston Martin has extensively revised the suspension and gearbox, creating an exhilarating driving experience.
The 2024 model has adopted a sophisticated dash and infotainment system from the DB12. Coupled with optional carbon fibre bucket seats, the cabin matches the car’s exterior aggression and justifies its premium price tag.
