Christian was in Essex this morning to surprise this week's Dream Car winner, Nick Mutch, who has won himself a brand new RSQ3... on his 50th birthday!

"Oh wow, it just looks incredible!" Nick exclaimed as he admired the £66,000 Audi SUV! Nick currently drives an old mini, and was actively looking for an upgrade so this has come just at the right time!

Sitting at the wheel, Nick admired the Audi interior including virtual cockpit with brand new TFT display. Being the Vorsprung edition, this car already comes with every possible option ticked... all Nick will have to do is select what colour he'd like!

Massive congrats Nick and happy birthday!

Saffron Walden dad wins car worth thousands on 50th birthday

A father-of-two from Saffron Walden had a memorable 50th birthday after winning a car worth nearly £66,000 with online competition firm BOTB.

Nick Mutch was surprised on his birthday by a visit from BOTB's Christian Williams, who told him he had won a new Audi RSQ3 Sportback Vorsprung. The software designer said he is planning to take the cash alternative, which he will put towards a new house. He said: "The money will come in handy as I am selling my house in London and need to buy one up here.

"I’ll also probably get a new car as well as I’ve currently got an old Mini."

When asked how he celebrated his birthday, Nick said: "I had promised to take my daughter on a shopping trip so that's what I did on my birthday, but I’m sure I’ll be able to enjoy some celebratory drinks at some point." Christian added: "A massive congratulations to Nick. I was delighted to be able to surprise him with this stunning car on the day of such a special birthday."

BOTB hands over the keys to a car each week, as well as a lifestyle prize. In recent months, winners have bagged prizes including Rolex watches, holidays and motorbikes. The Audi RSQ3 Sportback Vorsprung features 396bhp, i5 Turbo engine and a top speed of 155mph.
