It was just another day at work for machinist Ian Smith - until someone told him he'd won a £90,000 Aston Martin and it was sitting outside.

Ian, 50, burst into tears of joy when he saw the V8 Vantage Coupe. He entered a draw to win the car at Gatwick airport last Saturday after a golf break in Turkey with his mates.

William Hindmarch of contest organisers Best of the Best took the Aston to Ian's work. Hunting Energy Services in Portlethen, Aberdeenshire, to give him the surprise of his life.

Ian said: "I felt every emotion you could think of."
