Staffordshire man wins £20k Harley-Davidson in competition {{favouriteCount}}

Thomas Charlie, 33 from Cannock, won the lavish Harley-Davison FXDR, which is worth almost £20,000, by playing BOTB.

The competition sees people pay for tickets before being asked to guess where a football is on photographs of real games.

Thomas has been playing BOTB for almost a year and usually plays in the competition for the Kawasaki Ninja.

“I usually play for the Kawaski Ninja but because it was Christmas I thought I’d mix things up and go for the Harley-Davidson instead,” he said. “And it’s a good job I did.”

The IT technician was sleeping after a night shift when he received the good news via a FaceTime call from BOTB presenter Christian Williams.

“I was so shocked, but it was absolutely brilliant,” Thomas added. “I just have a 125 bike at the moment so the Harley’s is definitely more powerful than I am used to. I can’t wait to pick it up.”

Christian said: “It’s one of the most popular bikes out there at the moment - it’s absolutely stunning. Huge congratulations to Thomas - enjoy it!”

Since being founded in 1999 by William Hindmarch, BOTB has given away more than £30million worth of prizes.
