City Spy: Porsche the Perfect Perk for UBS Banker Kaye {{favouriteCount}}

Picture the scene: it’s a grim morning, your colleague’s off sick and you’re welded to your desk.

Such was the drudgery for UBS’s Ben Kaye before, baffled, he was dragged away outside by a colleague and met by Will Hindmarch, boss of the Aim-listed competition firm Best of the Best.

Hindmarch personally gives away top-end cars as prizes each week, and Kaye literally jumped for joy on seeing the £45,000 Porsche, shouting “get in boys, check that out!” as he seemingly auditioned for a posh UK version of fratboy comedy Entourage.

The exultant Kaye might have been in trouble when he got home though.

Asked who he was going to tell first, he said: “The wife first, until she crashes it, and then the insurers!” Ouch.
